President Hakainde Hichilema is grateful that the New Dawn leadership’s desire to fulfill campaign promises of delivering the provision of skills development to all parts of the country is actualized on clearly demonstrated government interventions that have similarly been extended to the rural and marginalized citizens.

Mr Hichilema said investing in upskilling or reskilling of the people will result in jobs and wealth creation and ultimately the growth of the national economy therefore it was for this reason that the UPND government has placed premium on prioritizing interventions and strategies that will culminate into enhanced access to equitable quality skills training.
